E45 Expert Medical Insights Campaign

For this project, I collaborated directly with a registered pharmacist and medical advisor, interviewing them to capture clinical expertise on managing dry skin barriers. The real challenge lay in transformation: I took those complex, high-level medical consultations and distilled the dense clinical theory into a series of highly digestible, bite-sized FAQs and "People Also Ask" (PAA) segments. This approach allowed us to serve a dual purpose perfectly. From a consumer standpoint, it provides immediate snapshot answers to the exact questions everyday users have about skin damage, stress, and lifestyle myths. From a digital marketing standpoint, structuring the content around these conversational query patterns creates a powerful SEO asset that intercepts high-intent search queries, secures featured snippets, and firmly positions the brand as a trusted thought leader in expert dermatological advice.
